Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Itspact Technologies including software subscriptions and hosted solutions.

1. Cancellation Before Activation

Customers may cancel their order before the subscription is activated. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

2. Post Activation

Once a subscription is activated or a service is delivered, refunds are not applicable. However, technical issues will be resolved promptly by our team.

3. Refund Method

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
